We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and motivated Caller Executive to join our Study Abroad team. The ideal candidate must be an experienced counseling professional with strong communication skills, solid computer proficiency, and in-depth knowledge of international student visa processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries professionally

• Provide accurate and detailed information on study abroad opportunities and partner universities

• Deliver full counseling support for student visa processing for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe

• Guide students through the application process, required documents, visa procedures, and deadlines

• Address student queries and concerns with a customer-focused and ethical approach

• Update and manage student data, call notes, and follow-up status in HubSpot CRM

• Support marketing campaigns by following up on leads generated from advertisements

• Participate actively in promotional video making (student guidance, marketing, social media content)

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with students via phone, text, and email

• Ensure a high level of professionalism and accuracy in all interactions

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in student counseling or caller executive role (study abroad sector preferred)

• Expert-level knowledge of student visa processing for Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and European countries

• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills

• Excellent computer skills, with daily working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently

• Organized, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
