🎯 Role Mission (Very Simple)

Your mission is to build trust-based relationships with tenants, help them move forward with showings and applications, and convert communication into real rental outcomes.

This is not cold sales.
You work only with
warm tenant leads already in our system.

🧠 What You Will Actually Do (Daily Work)

1️⃣ Tenant Communication & Relationship Building

  • Communicate with tenants via phone, SMS, and email

  • Confirm whether tenants are still searching

  • Build a reliable communication “bridge” (email + phone)

  • Use a calm, friendly, professional tone at all times

2️⃣ Follow-Up & Negotiation

  • Discuss tenant preferences (budget, area, timing)

  • Explain next steps clearly and confidently

  • Encourage official applications (this is data, not pressure)

  • Handle objections politely and logically (price, hesitation, timing)

3️⃣ Showings Coordination

  • Offer available time windows (not open questions)

  • Coordinate showings according to internal scheduling rules

  • Maximize attendance per showing (more tenants = better results)

4️⃣ CRM Discipline (Critical)

  • Work strictly inside FollowUpBoss (FUB)

  • Log every call, message, and outcome as a “touch”

  • Maintain clean stages, tags, and notes

  • Follow the 40 touches/day productivity standard

5️⃣ Newsletter & Follow-Up Workflow

  • Send short, personalized tenant newsletters

  • Call tenants after newsletters to collect feedback

  • Update tenant profiles with new preferences

  • Help identify what tenants want that we don’t yet have getting the link to any rental portal on the market


📋 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

You will be evaluated on:

  • Daily touches completed (calls / SMS / emails)

  • Quality of tenant communication

  • Number of showings with your tenants and Applications collected after

  • CRM accuracy and discipline

  • Responsiveness during PST hours


⚙️ Required Skills & Profile

MUST HAVE

  • Fluent English with a pleasant, confident speaking voice

  • Comfortable making and receiving calls

  • Call center / customer support / account management experience

  • Ability to work PST hours

  • Strong listening and communication skills

  • Discipline in following procedures and scripts

NICE TO HAVE

  • Negotiation or retention experience

  • CRM experience (any system)

  • Real estate, rentals, or service industry background

NOT REQUIRED

  • ❌ Real estate license

  • ❌ Cold calling

  • ❌ Aggressive sales tactics


💰 Compensation

  • Base Salary: 500 CAD + BONUSES per successful deal with your clients (test period applies)

  • Clear growth path to:

    • Senior Negotiator (when you are allowed to communicate with landlords)

    • Team Lead

    • Regional Manager
