Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead QC department in an pickle (আচার) manufacturing company
∎ Ensure overall compliance with international food standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, IFS)
∎ Preparation of internal and external food safety audits
∎ Develop and facilitate trainings on Quality Control and Hygiene for all employees
∎ Oversee and develop the QC Manual
∎ Oversee Pest Control Program
∎ Establish and update analytical and microbiological testing procedures
∎ Become familiar with US & European food safety regulations as well as newer and more advanced food certification (IFS, BRCS)
