ABOUT US
We are an export-oriented German-Bangladeshi joint venture specializing in high-quality pickles, sauces, and processed agricultural products including dry fruits and vegetable-based products. Our goal is to produce premium food products that meet international quality standards and export requirements.
To strengthen our quality assurance system, we are looking for an experienced Quality Control (QC) Manager with strong knowledge of food testing and production quality management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Monitor and control product quality during raw material intake, production, and finished product stages
Perform and supervise laboratory testing including:
Salt analysis using titration
Acidity determination using titration
pH measurement
Other relevant food quality and chemical tests
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality specifications
Develop and implement quality control procedures and documentation
Supervise laboratory staff and QC technicians
Verify quality of raw materials such as garlic, chili, fruits, spices, and dry fruits
Monitor brine solutions, fermentation parameters, and product stability
Maintain batch records and laboratory reports
Investigate and resolve quality deviations or product defects
Work closely with production, procurement, and management teams
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years experience in food quality control
Practical experience with pickles, sauces, fermented foods, or dry fruit processing is strongly preferred
Hands-on experience with titration methods, pH analysis, salt testing, and acidity testing
Experience working with laboratory equipment and food testing procedures
Strong knowledge of food safety and quality management systems
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and quality reports
Good problem-solving and communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with export-oriented food processing
Knowledge of international food safety standards such as HACCP, BRC, or ISO
Experience working in pickle, sauce, or preserved vegetable production
