Responsibilities & Context:
∎ As a Food Chemist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, safety, and innovation of our food products. Your responsibilities will include:
∎ Conducting chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
∎ Developing and improving recipes to enhance the taste, texture, and shelf life of food products.
∎ Monitoring and optimizing production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
∎ Researching and introducing new ingredients, techniques, and technologies to create innovative food products.
∎ Investigating and resolving product quality issues promptly.
∎ Preparing detailed reports on findings, improvements, and innovations for management review.
∎ Ensuring adherence to all local and international food safety regulations, such as BSTI, ISO, and HACCP standards.
