Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully responsible for the daily production, management, and operation of the clothing factory.
∎ Establish and improve the rules and regulations of each department, standardize production processes and employee behavior.
∎ Responsible for overall planning of factory production and operation, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual production plans based on planned objectives.
∎ Conduct production planning, monitor production progress, reasonably schedule various production tasks and work standards. Strictly control product quality and ensure the completion of bulk goods with quality and quantity.
∎ Responsible for confirming the order price and construction period, and issuing production notices based on the order.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
