Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for human resource management work such as recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, and performance management, providing strong human support for the development of the enterprise.
∎ Human resources manager needs to possess certain professional knowledge and skills.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Human resource management knowledge: It is necessary to understand the basic principles, methods, and processes of human resource management, and master knowledge in recruitment, training, performance management, and other aspects.
∎ Labor laws and regulations: Human resources managers need to be familiar with labor laws and regulations to ensure that the human resources management work of the enterprise meets the requirements of laws and regulations.
∎ Organizational behavior knowledge: Human resources managers need to understand the influencing factors of employee behavior, master effective motivation and management methods, and improve employee work enthusiasm and satisfaction.
∎ Able to utilize professional knowledge.
Salary: Tk. 45000 - 60000 (Monthly)
