Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production, production management (Cutting), Production Management (Sewing), Quality Control/ Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have knowledge of working with all types of woven & Knit products.
∎ Must Have Knowledge of woven ladies items.
∎ Must have excellent knowledge of Quality Checking.
∎ Creating designs and developing tech pack.
∎ Choosing fabrics and different trims for developing samples and souring them as well
∎ Different samples follow up and monitoring the Whole sampling.
∎ Follow up samples closely with vendors.
∎ Analysis of overall fit and quality level for each brand.
∎ Explain technical solution to factory and arrange correct garments from factory and approval from Customer.
∎ Check Pattern, Grading & Fitting on Dummy.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
