Additional Requirements:
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality the first time.
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Optimize quality manpower allocation.
∎ Increase production with minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standard.
∎ Able to handle inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Review weekly Shipment schedule & Finishing plan for item - Knit/woven.
∎ Monitoring & control absenteeism, turnover and migration.
∎ Liaison with sewing all the time and washing factory in case of wash garments to maintain schedule with buyers audit and final export delivery.
∎ Minimum 10 years experience in a reputed Ready Made garments factory.
