∎ Sewing Defects Solve with Root Causes and Corrective Actions.
∎ Develop, manage implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
∎ Assisting quality technicians with checking patterns/specification and construction, identifying and resolving production impracticalities in an appropriately timely camanner, and to make a final decision on quality according to company mandate Buyer’s standards and requirements.
∎ Supervise in the handling of sample evaluation and production approval by reviewing the measurement, workmanship, fitting, accessories, etc., and giving comments on the production.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ To give size set approval.
∎ perfect knowledge on Quality check of fabrics,all accessories and fittings on finished goods before final audit.
∎ skill on checking colour and shade variations, accept and reject.
∎ Responsible for each aspect of quality control and product assembly in the factory.
∎ Ensuring all quality & production issue by Auditing & Controlling.
∎ A pre-production meeting is known as PP meeting in the Garments or Apparel industry. In a pre-production meeting discussion of every important issue related to bulk production is done, so that respected parties can ensure successful shipment of ordered goods.
∎ knowledge on Garments quality SOP is the standard operating procedure for quality control in Garment manufacturing. Setting Standard procedures for garments is very much important to get up to the mark of ready-made garments.
∎ Especially check all quality points in sewing and finishing => Doing section wise quality inspection to keep garments defect in the control.
∎ Deliver any quality controlling message of buyer end to related section = Ensure end product quality before buyer final quality inspection => Arrange final inspection with all requirement of the buyer => Ensure everything of QC file and sample in bulk garments => Taking sample approval from buying house => Work with the buyer in QC in final inspection => Contact with buyer QC about any quality issue
∎ 10 years practical experience in this field in a reputed Ready made garments factory
