We are a leading 100% export-oriented garments manufacturing company working with renowned international brands in Woven and Denim products, including H&M, C&A, JCPenney, Kohl’s, Target, Sportmaster, O’stin, Springfield, and other reputed global brands.

• We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented professional to lead our production team.

• Lead and manage overall production operations of Woven & Denim (Tops & Bottoms) to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual production targets in line with shipment schedules.

• Prepare and execute production plans in coordination with Merchandising, Planning, IE, QA, and Maintenance departments.

• Ensure maximum line efficiency, proper line balancing, and optimal capacity utilization.

• Monitor and control DHU, rejection rate, rework, and alteration percentage to maintain buyer-required quality standards.

• Ensure on-time shipment by minimizing production bottlenecks and downtime.

• Conduct regular production meetings and review KPIs with departmental heads.

• Oversee pre-production meetings (PPM) and ensure smooth style changeover.

• Control production cost by minimizing wastage, improving productivity, and ensuring effective resource utilization.

• Ensure proper manpower planning, workforce discipline, and performance monitoring.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, productivity enhancement programs).

• Coordinate with Industrial Engineering (IE) for SMV control, method improvement, and efficiency enhancement.

• Ensure compliance with buyers’ quality requirements and factory safety policies.

• Supervise machine utilization and coordinate preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.

• Maintain accurate production reports, analyze data, and submit MIS to top management.

• Handle production-related crisis situations effectively to meet tight deadlines.

• Develop and mentor mid-level production managers and ensure leadership pipeline development.
