Responsibilities & Context:
Candidate’s must have ability to face all kind of buyer audit independently.
Ability to implement buyers COC & compliance in all the factory as per buyer requirement.
Candidate’s must have practical experience regarding C-TPAT, HIGG, GOTS, STEP, Made in green, OEKO-TEX, H&M, Inditex, Sedex, NIrapon, DIFE audit.
Ability to make prepare the factory all time for social compliance audit, environmental audit, technical & security system audit and any type of buyer visit.
Well-conversant with labor law, rules, wages, benefit.
Well- conversant with different policy, committee etc.
Candidate’s must have good experience regarding HR & compliance related all matter.
HR related responsibilities:-
Ability to plan, organize, control & actions of the HR department in the factory.
Ability to prepare all HR related policy, Job description.
