Experience: Not mandatory but minimum experience is preferable.
Responsibilities & Context:
Opening and Closing of the Office timely.
Maintain the main secutity door for entry & exit of the visitor/s.
Operate the photocopier machine.
Receive & dispatch of letters.
To deliver letters and percels to different offices and courier services.
To assist all officers as and when required.
Any other job as may be assigned to him from time to time by the higher authority.
