Responsibilities & Context:

• Drive the apparel business in line with the clear vision of the organization.

• Pitch, explore, and penetrate new and existing apparel markets and devise apparel customer acquisition and coverage strategies.

• Devise strategies for RMG product segmentation, customization, and innovation to fit diversified customer needs.

• Gain and maintain customer loyalty by optimizing customer relationship management for key accounts.

• Enhance the apparel brand image of the organization and take the company/brand to new heights through brand engagement initiatives, community participation, and key customer visits.

• Ensure top and bottom-line performance of the current business while constantly increasing value, volume, and revenue.

• Ensure business growth through both organic and inorganic approaches.

• Develop optimum plant utilization through best use of workforce, machines, and materials in line with operational compliance.

• Ensure annual budgeting and strategic direction to business units to achieve operational excellence within budget.
