Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Masters
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance

• Master /MBA in Accounting/Finance/Banking,

• Professionals such as Chattered Accountant/Cost and management Accountancy/CFA will be given preference,

• CA (Part qualified up to professional level-2) with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply,

• Minimum CGPA 4.00 (out of 5.00) or equivalent at the SSC & HSC level and 2.50 (out of 4.00) at the graduation level. 3rd division or equivalent result will not be allowed at any level.

• Age At most 50 years

• Minimum 5 years working experience in Finance/ Accounts Department in any reputed institution

• Hard working and ability to work under pressure

• Must be fluent in speaking and writing in Bengali & English

• The shortlisted candidates have to attend in written examination and viva voce

• Well conversant in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT etc.

• Any informal communication shall be treated as disqualification of the candidate

• Planning, budgeting, monitoring and achieving financial targets of the bank,
• All financial reporting including periodic MIS,
• Dealing with all Tax and VAT related issues,
• Rationalization of cost and improving productivity of resources,
• Quarterly, Half-Yearly and Annual Financial Reporting in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements,
• Dealing with internal, external and regulatory audits,
• Capital Management and Capital Adequacy related matters under Basel III,
• Preparation of Financial Statements,
• Conversant with asset-liability management of the bank, money market and forex market,
• Matters of market, market players, and competitive strategy,
• In depth knowledge on Accounting & Financial rules, and well conversant with Income Tax Law, VAT, Banking Companies Act and other regulatory provisions,
• Any other issues to be raised or assigned by the management.
