∎ Demonstrated experience and capacity as Project Officer/ Field Officer/ Field Organizer/ Social Worker or similar position for at least 2 years in a reputed development organizations
∎ Demonstrated capacity in documentation, analytical ability and quality report writing both in English and Bangla
∎ Excellent working experiences with government structures and key stakeholders at district level
∎ Excellent experience in working as a team
∎ Advanced computer literacy
∎ Commitment to the principles of inclusive approaches to programming that encourages full participation of individuals regardless of gender, disability status, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity or other marginalized status
∎ Experience in working on migration, anti-human trafficking or modern slavery projects/programs.
∎ Experience in adaptive management

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify trafficking survivors from project areas to comprehensive need-based support them through referral mechanism.
∎ Plan, organize and ensure implementation of all field level project activities (orientations, training, meeting and other safe migration awareness raising activities) through providing necessary logistical supports as per activities plan.
∎ Organize Union/Upazila/District level meeting with Counter Trafficking Committee (CTC) Member, Child Marriage Protection Committee (CMPC) members as regular basis.
∎ Conduct awareness sessions on GBV with different target groups and necessary steps to protect child marriage
∎ Provide emergency support to the trafficking survivors if and when needed, such as- Airport pick-up service, health support and family reunification support etc.
∎ In cooperation with the Project Officer, organize field level activities, like pre-decision orientation, ward meeting etc. with the support of peer educators, as well as stakeholders, self-help group leader.
∎ Maintain effective liaison/interaction with relevant local government institutions, NGOs, local, and other relevant stakeholders of the project areas.
∎ Monitor and follow up the peer leaders/ volunteers' activities and guidance the volunteers for smooth implementation of the project.
∎ Prepare MIS database in regular basis and other necessary reports.
∎ Submit relevant reports on orientation, training, counseling, follow up, case studies, lessons learnt, monitoring to the project officer and case management officer.
∎ Maintain profiles and data of trafficking survivors both in hard copies and soft copies
∎ Maintain profiles of stakeholders (Beneficiaries) through both in hard copies and soft copies.
∎ Establish effective working relationship, partnership with relevant government and non-government service provider organizations for adequate referrals of the project target beneficiaries
∎ Represent OKUP where and when necessary
∎ Ensure 100% standards in financial and logistical management to meet accountability and transparency.
∎ Any other activity required and directed by the project manager and/or the management.

∎ Job Type: Contractual – Initially for One Year. (Extendable based on performance and available fund)
