Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Activation Management, Client Service/ Marketing, Event/ Campaign Coordination

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the right sourcing of candidates for recruitment & selection in the vacant position as and when required within the stipulated time and get those verified by client.
∎ Ensure all the documents of recruited employees are processed as per guideline (Interview checklist, recruitment approval from client, appointment letter, ID card, bank form and collection of necessary documents) and sent to Talen Centric HO.
∎ Conduct background check, reference check and verify identity before confirming employment of candidate.
∎ Supervise, monitor & evaluate his team and report on its performance.
∎ Share accurate daily attendance report of deport employees seamlessly to HO through prescribed format.
∎ Share accurate monthly salary calculation of assigned territory employees to HO as per prescribed timeline & format.
∎ Ensure available backup candidates and enriched CV bank on hand for all recruitment scope positions.
∎ Coordinate with HO team to forecast future hiring needs.
∎ Stay up-to-date on labor law and inform recruiters, peers, project managers about changes in regulations.
∎ Build professional network through relationships with client, depot management and employees and other stakeholder.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience in related field.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
∎ Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
∎ Strong decision-making skills.
∎ Any training on HRM, Compliance, Labor Law, etc. will be added advantage.

Salary: Negotiable
