Area/ Territory Marketing, Brand Planning/ Development, Brand Promotion, Business development, Consumer Durables - Sales & Marketing, Corporate Marketing, FMCG Sales & Marketing

IT Enabled Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Transport Service, Transportation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate the operations of street team
∎ Respond to support issues promptly regarding Driver Operations
∎ Lead planning of territory alignment and incentive designs
∎ Monitor and manage Sr. Territory Executives and Assistant Territory Executives who will work under him
∎ Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and meet deadlines
∎ Generate and send reports to the manager.
∎ Ensure that the team is hitting KPIs and executing projects effectively.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 38 years
∎ Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline
∎ At least 3 years prior experience in Sales/ Marketing is required
∎ At least 1 year prior experience in leading teams is required
∎ Should be able to generate proper reports using Excel
∎ Should be proficient in MS Word
∎ Should have decent knowledge on Power-point and have the ability to make reports/presentations.
∎ Strong communicator who is highly outgoing and energetic
∎ Hitting monthly targets
∎ Capability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to control and monitor people by playing a leadership role
∎ Comfortable with technology (Smartphone, Laptop, etc.)
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
