Experience:

• Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Social Sciences
• Bachelor/Honors

• Bachelor degree in Social Sciences, Public Health, or related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of field implementation experience in development sector including NGO, health, or community-based projects.
• Experience in supervising community workers or volunteers will be preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong facilitation skills for community sessions and trainings.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership ability to supervise outreach workers and Peer Educators.
• Event organization and community mobilization experience.
• Willingness to travel and work in field areas.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and data collection tools.

Project Name: Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh

Job Location: Chattogram (Field Level of the Project)

Job Context:

The project “Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh” aims to strengthen health system resilience in Chittagong City Corporation and selected urban slum areas by improving access to quality Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Adolescent-Friendly Health Services (AFHS), and Nutrition services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement project activities at the field level in line with the approved work plan.
• Supervise and guide outreach workers and Peer Educators to ensure effective delivery of field activities.
• Facilitate community-level sessions on SRHR, Nutrition, and other project-related issues.
• Organize and support field-level events, campaigns, and awareness activities.
• Mobilize communities, beneficiaries, and stakeholders to ensure participation in project interventions.
• Collect data, maintain records, and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Identify field-level challenges and share solutions under guideness of Project Manager with the of project team.
• Coordinate with local government institutions, health facilities, and community based organizations (CBOs) and community groups.
• Support documentation of success stories, lessons learned, and case studies.
• Support concerned personnel for Monitoring, Evaluation, mapping and survey at field level.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and organizational policies.
• Support to organize and conduct training to Peer Educators.

Salary & Allowances: BDT 28,000 consolidated per month & Yearly 2 Festival Bonus
