Community Development Centre (CODEC) invites application for the following position from the potential Bangladeshi nationals for implementing CODEC "Strengthening the protective environment for children through a Comprehensive child protection and GBV response in the Rohingya camps and host communities in Cox’s Bazar” Project funded by UNICEF.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining all papers and documents and record all HR related activities of project
Responsible to maintain all the files of each personnel on updated fashion.
Responsible to prepare all sorts of correspondence in line with proper approval.
Preserve personal file for staff of field level and Review, checking and update documents of personal file
Responsible to prepare updated personnel list on Monthly basis.
Responsible to input all personnel data on Database of HRIS software.
Assist annual operational plan of project jointly with the technical team.
Support to organize training and workshop.
Maintain and preserve records such as Leave register, Personal file, Receive and dispatch register, House rent Agreement file.
Preserve all kinds of legal documents such as registration certificates, FD-6 , Inventory register maintain confidentiality
Maintain attendance and movement register.
Organize and assist interviews for staff recruitment as and when required.
Additional duties may be assigned by Project Manager as and when required.
S/he should abide by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC)’s six core principles on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) policy. Ensure the safety of team members (in respect to Prevention of sexual exploitation and abuse - PSEA) from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program's goals on safeguarding implementation.
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
