Responsibilities & Context:

• Oversee the implementation of all project activities to ensure timely and effective delivery of project outcomes.

• Manage and coordinate the project's operational, financial, and administrative tasks.

• ·Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, CSOs, private sector partners, and rural farmer groups.

• Lead and monitor the delivery of farmer training and capacity-building programs, market linkages, and awareness campaigns.

• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate ICT solutions, including mobile apps and web portals, into farmers' daily practices.

• Lead regular community meetings, workshops, and awareness campaigns focusing on promoting call center services, app downloads, and reducing gender-based violence (GBV) among women farmers.

• Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with objectives, and submit regular reports to management.

• Lead quarterly networking and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote innovative agricultural practices.

• Preparation and submission of project progress reports in a timely manner (monthly, quarterly, yearly)

• ·Report to senior management regarding project progress regularly

• ·Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of resources.

• Foster partnerships with influencers, media outlets (radio/TV), and other stakeholders to maximize outreach and farmer engagement.

• Coordinate with relevant government agencies and NGOs and private entities

• Provide necessary support, feedback and supportive supervision to the project team for further improvement of the project.

• Develop and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework to track project progress and impact

• Conduct regular field visits to monitor project activities and provide technical support.
