Experience:

• Minimum HSC or equivalent; preference will be given to candidates with higher education.

Experience:

• At least 2–3 years of experience in community-based work, preferably in health, SRHR, or nutrition projects.
• Experience in facilitating courtyard sessions, IPC, SBCC and working with women/adolescents will be an advantage

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to build trust and relationships at the community level.
• Leadership skills to supervise and guide Peer Educators.
• Mandatory to travel within the assigned field areas day to day.

Project Name: Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh

Job Location: Chattogram (Field Level of the Project)

Job Context:

The project “Health System Resiliency for Improved SRHR in Bangladesh” aims to strengthen health system resilience in Chittagong City Corporation and selected urban slum areas by improving access to quality Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Adolescent-Friendly Health Services (AFHS), and Nutrition services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular door-to-door visits to raise awareness on SRHR, Nutrition, and other project topics.
• Facilitate courtyard sessions with women, adolescents, and community members.
• Organize and support community-level events, campaigns, and awareness activities.
• Supervise and guide Peer Educators in field-level activities.
• Mobilize communities and beneficiaries to participate in project interventions.
• Collect field-level information and share and submit to the Field Implementation Officers.
• Support the documentation of success stories and field experiences.
• Ensure adherence to project guidelines and standards during all field activities.

Salary & Allowances: BDT 16,000 consolidated per month & Yearly 2 Festival Bonus
