Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform survey and short list of Technical Trainer (TT), Peer Leader (PL) and Learners as per the requirements of the programme
∎ Coordinate orientation of Technical Trainer, Peer Leader and Learners and Organize different types of meetings and training.
∎ Linkage between Learner and TT, PL.
∎ Ensure Coordination Meeting of TT & PL,TT, PL and Learners supervision from the beginning of training, according to Community Mobilizer checklist
∎ Perform regular monitoring, reporting, and problems finding and make solution.
∎ Prepare different kinds bill, voucher, IOU etc.
∎ Supervise Community canter and delegate responsibilities to Community centre team
∎ Be responsible for Community centre management.
∎ Monitoring the Centre needs of the community and providing life-saving messaging/ and also initiating awareness session when necessary.
∎ Sharing updated report from all the community center weekly and monthly.
∎ Keep coordination with other service provider and CIC office
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Knowledge on coordination, monitoring, report writing, presentation preparation, and safeguarding.
∎ Knowledge on people management.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders in a sensitive environment.
∎ Effective communication and presentation skills.
∎ Have computer skills with all Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, and Excel).
∎ Excellent influencing, negotiating and communication skills.
∎ Excellent organization, and coordination skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to think technically, prioritize and meet deadlines in a complex and challenging environment; must be culturally sensitive.
∎ Ability to operate in a complex organization, across functions and work on own initiative and collaboratively as part of diverse teams.
