Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Check quality of materials, methods and machines for assigning section/s to maintain production flow
∎ Keep the live sample, PP approved sample and instruction sheet as standard reference during quality checking
∎ Maintaining right/accurate styling of each product/item during production
∎ Identify the alteration/ rejection and handover to the concern section for rectification
∎ Ensure quality products sending to the next concern section through proper checking
∎ Preparing daily & cumulative Qty checking/alter/rejection of each job/order and inform to supervisor
∎ Ensure standard quality of each product according to job/order Qty
∎ Maintain necessary records for data analysis and provide reports to supervisor
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ Ensure products quality as per required standard to satisfy customers, Identify the alteration/ rejection by check the materials, methods & machines as per live sample, PP approved sample and instruction sheet by maintaining office rules and regulations
