Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Storage the finish products & maintain the records properly and ensure timely dispatch. Ensuring customer handling for the selling of any local/order balance products.
∎ • Receive the standard quality finish products with required documents from different sections.
∎ Returned the reject/alter finish products to the concern section and keep records.
∎ • Entry store register books as per job and update the software.
∎ • Check the price tag as per approved costing of finish product.
∎ • Ensure purpose wise hand tag & information card of each product.
∎ • Rectify the returned finish products of AAF HO through concern section.
∎ • Properly distribute the finish products at HO and keep update the delivery register book & software.
∎ • Preserve the bill balance finish products which is return from HO as per order and display those after doing local saleable in the sales center timely.
∎ • Organizing the final bill balance qty of each purpose according to alter, rejection & date fail and keep necessary records for that.
∎ • Keep healthy, safety & security, neat & clean and maintenance of the finish store & sales center environment.
∎ • Collect the billing plan of every month from concern department and maintain proper coordination with related section to send the goods to AAF HO accordingly.
∎ • Maintain proper monitoring to receive quality products from concern section as per schedule/projection.
∎ • Monitoring daily ironing & packing status of each item and communicate with the management.
∎ • Ensure job closing report of each purpose.
∎ • Maintaining the stock of finish store both in the ERP & physical.
∎ • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.
∎ • Maintain any other job as assigned by Management.
