Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/ Masters in Fashion Design Technology from BUFT & Shanto Marium University (Experienced are preferable.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new design, idea & editing as per the given guidelines
∎ Should have the capability to create own concept.
∎ Should have graphics knowledge on garments basis.
∎ Should have an excellent capability on 2D/ 3D sketch designing
∎ Understand the different fabric qualities/ yarn /measurements/technical aspects of garment construction.
∎ Knowledgeable to understand and design the seasonal embroidery.
∎ Ability to understand the seasonal color trend and material trend.
∎ Should have wide knowledge about global fashion trends.
∎ Ensure the timely and successful design and development of products in line with the customers' requirements.
∎ Identify target markets for designs, looking at factors such as age, gender and socioeconomic status
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge in the following business area(s): Boutique/ Fashion, Retail, Textile.
∎ The applicants should have good knowledge about ladies garments like; Three pcs, one pcs, Tops and others.
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali
