∎ Develop and execute seasonal collections in line with brand identity, market trends, and customer preferences.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, production, and sales to ensure cohesive brand representation.
∎ Conduct research on current fashion trends, materials, and techniques to innovate and enhance product offerings.
∎ Oversee the entire design process from concept development to production, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
∎ Present design concepts, sketches, and prototypes to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
∎ Maintain a keen understanding of market trends and consumer preferences to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
∎ Ensure adherence to brand standards, quality, and design consistency across all products.
∎ Oversee the end-to-end design lifecycle, from conceptualization and prototyping to final production, ensuring impeccable quality and adherence to timelines.
∎ Present and defend design concepts, leveraging data and market insights, while incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs.
∎ Uphold stringent brand standards, maintaining design integrity and consistency across all product lines.
