∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Designing, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Fashion Designing
Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in woven products (ladies tops and dresses, denim and non denim products also)
∎ Previous experience in working directly with buyers and designers
∎ Proficiency in communicating in English in writing & speaking
∎ Proficiency in work with design tools like Adobe Illustrator and photoshop
∎ Proficiency in work with Microsoft excel and PowerPoint
∎ Strong technical skills in garment construction and design
∎ Knowledge in woven fabrics and good sourcing capabilities
∎ Excellent Understanding about global fashion trends and International high- street brand awareness
∎ Experience in CLO3D software will be an added advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Trend Analysis & deck creation.
∎ Research global fashion trends.
∎ Create unique designs based on the brand's requirements.
∎ Design new shapes for upcoming collections and analyze
∎ developments in fabrics, colors, and shapes.
∎ Brainstorm design ideas and develop concepts accordingly by
∎ collaborating with the merchandising, product development,
∎ and sample teams.
∎ Work on seasonal sample designs and collections.
∎ Prepare sketches based on buyer requests.
∎ Create presentation files for customer meetings.
∎ Study and analyze market and industry trends to guide
∎ product design and meet customer needs.
∎ To perform additional duties commensurate with the current
∎ role, as and when requested by the management.
∎ Follow up and co-ordinate every stage of sampling.
