• Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in the fashion industry is preferred.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Leadership Abilities: Proven team leadership and management capabilities.

• Energetic and Proactive: Positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning and growth.

• Technical Skills: Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and knowledge of pattern-making techniques is a plus.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and creative Fashion Designer with excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. This position offers a salary range of BDT 25,000 to BDT 30,000 and is open to candidates aged 30 or younger.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Design and Development:

• Create innovative designs and collections aligned with brand identity and market trends.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production outcomes.

• Fabrics and Trims Sourcing:

• Identify and source suitable fabrics and trims for designs.

• Negotiate with vendors for cost-efficient and high-quality materials.

• Sample Development and Pattern Making:

• Oversee the development of samples and patterns to ensure accuracy in design execution.

• Coordinate with production teams to finalize designs.

• Trend and Color Research & Development:

• Conduct thorough research on current fashion trends, colors, and market demands.

• Incorporate insights into designs to maintain a competitive edge.

• Fabrication and Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with fabricators and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.

• Monitor vendor performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

• Photoshoot Coordination:

• Plan and conduct photoshoots to showcase designs and collections effectively.

• Collaborate with photographers, models, and marketing teams for promotional campaigns.

• Factory Visits:

• Conduct regular factory visits to oversee production processes and ensure quality control.

• Address and resolve on-site issues promptly.

• Additional Responsibilities:

• Undertake tasks assigned by management as required to support business objectives.

• Salary Range: BDT 25,000 to BDT 30,000 (based on qualifications and experience).
