• Production Planning & Control – Oversee daily factory operations, ensure production schedules are met, and optimize efficiency.
• Resource Management – Manage manpower, machinery, and materials to maximize productivity.
• Quality Assurance – Ensure products meet required quality standards and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Health & Safety Compliance – Enforce workplace safety rules and maintain compliance with labor and safety regulations.
• Team Leadership – Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
• Cost Control – Monitor budgets, reduce waste, and control operational costs.
• Inventory & Supply Chain – Oversee raw materials, stock levels, and timely delivery of finished goods.
• Problem Solving – Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions quickly.
• Process Improvement – Introduce modern techniques and technologies to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Reporting – Prepare and present operational and production reports to senior management.
• Coordination – Liaise with other departments (procurement, sales, logistics, HR) to ensure smooth operations.
• Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and environmental regulations.
