Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee daily factory operations and production processes.
∎ Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to streamline production.
∎ Manage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
∎ Implement cost-effective production strategies.
∎ Maintain accurate production records and reports.
∎ Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
∎ Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.
∎ Ensure compliance with environmental and health regulations.
∎ Prepare and manage the factory budget.
∎ Provide leadership and direction to improve overall factory performance.
∎ Develop and enforce factory policies and procedures
∎ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the factory
