Job Context:
∎ We are a formulation plant of Textile Chemicals, Auxiliaries & raw materials with the wide production range by our state-of the art Dye-Chem plant at Iswardi EPZ, Pabna, having Corporate Office at Lalmatia, Dhaka. We are endeavoring to bring new Dyes& Chemical Industry in our base line. We are looking for competent candidate for the following position for managerial position at our factory.
∎ Location: Factory, Ishwardi EPZ, Pabna.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To oversee, supervise, control and monitor the overall activities of the factory operation & Management.
∎ To carry out the full range of Operational Management, Administration, Commercial & Regulatory Compliance, Customs and Coordination with BEPZA authority & other regulatory agencies and local influences.
∎ To ensure regular coordination and monitoring of Production and Shipment & Delivery of the Factory.
∎ To supervise the daily activities and performance of all departments of the assigned Factory.
∎ Ensuring overall Security, Safety, Health & Hygiene of the Factory.
∎ To ensure maintain overall Factory reporting system to the Corporate Office, in respect to Factory operation & management.
∎ To ensure Factory HR management, Transport management, Disciplinary & legal matters
∎ Should have sound knowledge of regulatory requirements.
∎ To have excellent communication skill.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 40 years & above
∎ At least 5- 8years experience in managerial responsible in any reputedFactory.
Salary: Negotiable
