Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in Textile Technology / BSC in Chemical Engineer / Applied Chemistry from any reputed institution. Experienced candidates educational qualification may be relaxed.
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ We are a formulation plant of Textile Chemicals, Auxiliaries & raw materials with the wide production range by our state-of the art Dye-Chem plant at Iswardi EPZ, Pabna, having Corporate Office at Lalmatia, Dhaka. We are endeavoring to bring new Dyes& Chemical Industry in our base line.We are looking for competent candidate for the following position for marketing Dyes & Chemical products.
∎ Location: Factory, EPZ, Ishwardi, Paksey, Pabna.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To take the overall charges of Laboratory, Production, Quality Assurance and HSE issues of the Factory.
∎ To analyze, develop and maintain Recipe as per set standard &Client requested recipe.
∎ To maintain Product Technical Data Sheet (TDS).
∎ To maintain chemical (MSDS).
∎ To prepare and process approval of Production Plan & Schedule.
∎ To ensure the target/planned production throughout the whole production process.
∎ To ensure the quality of Products.
∎ To ensure the technical & quality inventory of the Import Goods and Export Goods.
∎ To maintain the stock up to date & to make as required indent/ requisitions place.
∎ To ready export finish goods according to the recipe.
∎ Increasing productivity utilizing existing resources.
∎ Maintaining TAT (Turn Around Time) as per production related issue.
∎ Responsible for TCD (Test Capability Development) to ensure the best quality of the finish goods.
∎ To stand a lab at KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and monitor that.
∎ To ensure Health, Safety & Environmental issues and aspects in production plant and throughout the whole production process, up to loading for shipment.
∎ PPE (Personal protective equipment) including eye wash station, chemical resistance gloves, chemical resistance apron, Shoe, Goggles etc.
∎ Finding root cause of any problem. Implement most effective & quick way to solve the problem avoiding repeat.
∎ To ensure the custody of all machines & equipments in Production Floor.
∎ To ensure monitor and control the Floor management, Staff & workers supervision and Floor compliance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 year(s) and above.
∎ Must possess good IT skills.
