Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering from any reputed Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidates must be capable of managing overall project and having experience to run the project independently
∎ Ensure daily Knitting Production & programs based on target & delivery schedule.
∎ Ensure Knitting production per machine per day
∎ Develop the Quality standard, rules, and regulations for achieving the quality of the fabric.
∎ Should be experienced on special production process & all type of knitting process.
∎ Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
∎ Analyze production data, Production Plan, Production volume & coordination in material management.
∎ Analytical skills on Knitting & quality issue. Communicating with concern department to get fabric approval.
∎ To ensure RND on new development according to the buyer's requirement as per design.
∎ Must know the technical way to minimize Knitting cost & process loss with an adequate knowledge of IE
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity
∎ Ensure knitting parameter at the time of given program to the production floor.
∎ Work with other departments for committed orders and monitor production Critical Path to ensure timely delivery
∎ To ensure all compliance related activities for audit purpose.
∎ Solve problems through discussion with higher authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Experience as a Factory Manager (Knitting/ Knitting Fabric Manufacturing).
∎ Clearance & Experience Certificate, Identity Card & salary certificate from previous organization.
∎ Character Certificate (1st Class gazette Officer or equivalent) & Nationality Certificate.
∎ Name of 02 References with details.
Salary: Negotiable
