∎ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a managerial role within a furniture manufacturing factory is mandatory.
∎ In-depth knowledge of furniture production processes, raw materials, quality control standards, and machinery operations.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to lead a diverse workforce and maintain a high-performance work environment.
∎ Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines under pressure.
∎ Proficient in production planning, inventory control, and reporting tools (manual and digital systems).
∎ Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations relevant to factory operations.
∎ Strong coordination and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional departments.
∎ Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and make sound operational decisions.
∎ Educational background in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related technical field will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all day-to-day activities within the factory, maintaining productivity and adherence to quality standards.
∎ Production Planning & Execution: Develop and implement production schedules aligned with the sales plan, monitor progress regularly, and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets.
∎ Inventory Management: Supervise inventory levels of raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods. Ensure proper documentation, stock rotation, and timely reporting to management.
∎ Financial & Production Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate reports related to production costs, material usage, labor efficiency, and other factory-related financial metrics. Collaborate with the Accounts department for reconciliation and budget monitoring.
∎ Cross-Departmental Coordination: Coordinate effectively with departments including procurement, design, sales, logistics, and quality control to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.
∎ Process Improvement & Efficiency: Identify areas for operational improvement, reduce waste, and implement lean manufacturing practices to enhance overall productivity and cost-efficiency.
∎ Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all factory operations comply with health, safety, labor, and environmental regulations. Promote a safe and disciplined working environment.
∎ Team Supervision & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate factory staff. Assign duties, monitor performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
∎ Special Assignments: Execute additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Business Manager or senior leadership to support company goals and project execution.
