• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design software.

• Proficiency in 3D design and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Blender, Lumion, V-Ray, or similar tools.

• Ability to create high-quality 3D models, realistic renderings, and presentation visuals.

• Practical knowledge of CNC machine operation and G-Code will be highly advantageous.

• Strong understanding of furniture materials (wood, board, metal, hardware, finishes, etc.)

• Ability to design cost-effective, production-friendly, and market-driven products.

• Strong problem-solving, creativity, and analytical skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

1. Product Design & Business-Oriented Development

• Design and develop innovative, functional, and market-driven furniture products aligned with company sales objectives

• Ensure designs are cost-effective, production feasible, and commercially viable

• Develop 2D & 3D designs, working drawings, and presentation materials

• Create designs that support sales growth, product positioning, and target pricing strategy

• Stay updated with global and local furniture trends, materials, and finishing techniques

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to develop new product ideas

• Prepare presentation boards and concepts aligned with brand direction

2. Technical & Production Integration

• Prepare detailed production drawings and specifications

• Ensure design compatibility with factory production capabilities and CNC processes

• Work closely with production team to resolve design and manufacturing challenges

• Conduct feasibility analysis considering materials, cost, durability, and production time

• Optimize designs to improve production efficiency, cost control, and product quality

3. Collaboration & Coordination

• Coordinate with procurement team for material selection and sourcing

• Work with sales & marketing team to develop customer-focused and revenue-generating designs

• Liaise with factory production team for smooth execution of design

• Support sales team with design explanations and customization solutions when required

4. Quality Assurance

• Ensure all designs meet company quality standards and industry benchmarks

• Monitor product consistency, finishing, and usability

5. Project Management & Documentation

• Manage product development timelines and ensure timely delivery

• Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and design updates

• Provide regular reports on product performance and improvement opportunities
