∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory operations, Good comunication skill, Leadership and interpersonal skills, Maintenance, Man. Machine Material Coordination, People Performance Management, Production in Printing and Packaging Industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Packaging Industry
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To set policies and make decision guiding productivity, quality and cost efficiency of factory operation.
∎ Reviewing production schedule and making adjustments to ensure that deadlines are met.
∎ To direct the development and implementation of sound administrative controls to ensure that each departments performance is effectively monitored according to the company's production targets.
∎ To conduct weekly meetings with factory leadership teams to ensure status of key activities and review factory performance.
∎ To obtain , review and recommend improvements for each department manager's weekly, monthly and annual targets/forecasts and plans.
∎ To represent the company on necessary to the various authorities (Private and Public Sector stakeholders) in connection with the smooth operation of the factories.
∎ To communicate management's policies and procedures to all employees and ensure that they are understood and followed.
∎ Providing leadership and motivation to other managers and supervisors in the factory.
∎ Reportable to the top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in Flexible Packaging Industry would be preferable.
Salary: Negotiable
