Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Graduate in Textile Engineering/Wet Processing from reputed university or diploma in Textile

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Able to work under pressure, Chemical Management, Different Wash specially, Environmental Compliance, Laboratory/ Testing, Production Management (Dyeing & Finishing)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory, Textile

Job Context:
∎ We are an RMG Export company, working with renowned global brands for over a decade; looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Fabric Technician for immediate recruitment.
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for all fabric related issues to meet the customers preferences considering all the compliance within the time frame, will be accountable for the day-to-day activities and real time follow up with the fabric sourcing mills and coordinating the respective teams.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should capable to give approval on Fabric as per clients requirements
∎ Capable to source any kind of fabric independently
∎ Sound knowledge on any kind of fabric composition & construction
∎ Strong knowledge in fabric processing and development method/fabric testing
∎ Sound Knowledge on chemical management
∎ Visit the fabric factory & evaluate the fabric quality while initiating fabric Inspection
∎ Study the bulk test reports and give direction to factory on testing performances
∎ Conduct Fabric Pre Production with mill while communicating with fabric team
∎ Evaluate the mill for technical & ethical feasibility
∎ Submitting daily status of testing/Fabric to immediate superior
∎ Bringing to the notice of the immediate superior any discrepancy found in fabric
∎ Working with Development, Merchant and Production team

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have at least 3-5 years working experience in fabric quality or inspection management in reputed Fabric Mill/multinational Buying/ Sourcing/ Liaison Office.
∎ Strong knowledge of Knit fabric is must, Woven and Sweater would be considered as additional quality
∎ Strong communication skill in writing, oral, email and computer
∎ Experience in ERP software would consider as additional quality

Salary: Negotiable
