• Oversee and manage commercial activities related to end-to-end export

• Maintain smooth and professional communication with international buyers such as H&M,M&S & LBY, etc.

• Handle buyer correspondence through email and phone effectively.

• Prepare, analyze, and maintain reports using advanced MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power Queries etc.).

• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality execution of export operations.

• Support daily operational activities related to export management.

• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, HS code verification, tariffs.
