Additional Requirements:

Experience in product development with the similar role will get preference.
Candidates with certified training in FSMS, BRC, EMS, IMS & ISO from local/abroad will get preference.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Gather formulation guidelines and technical information to support product development from diverse and reliable sources.
Oversee the performance and quality of new products after commercialization.
Conduct periodic evaluations to ensure alignment with market and company standards.
Analyze performance and quality of competitors` products to identify industry benchmarks and opportunities for differentiation.
Analyze post-commercialization feedback to identify and address quality parameters that require enhancement.
Investigate product-related complaints to determine root causes and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
Improve existing products and processes and develop new products to meet evolving market demands
