Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• B.Sc. / MBA / Master’s degree in any discipline from any reputed University

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 30 years
• Only Male

• Adaptable, pro-active, innovative and must be able to work under pressure independently

• Should have very good command in English and Bangla.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access

Executive/Sr. Executive– Commercial Export is responsible for overseeing all commercial aspects of the export process for ready-made garments. This includes export documentation, shipment coordination, and liaising with buyers, shipping lines, forwarders, and banks to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods.

• Handle all commercial activities related work.

• Submit Online space booking to the forwarder for air & Sea (Kuehne+Nagel & Maersk)

• Follow-up with factory, Merchandiser and production department as per scheduled Ex-factory of goods

• Monitor shipment schedules, delivery timelines, and ensure cost-effective logistics solutions

• Coordinate with production, merchandising, shipping, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery

• Prepare commercial reports, shipment schedules, and performance summaries

• Handle post-shipment documentation and resolve any discrepancies

• Initial Vessel booking various forwarder portal

• Handle documentation, packing lists, certificates of origin, invoices, and commercial agreements

• Operate efficiently using (ERP system) for handling commercial entries, documentation, and shipment tracking

• Co-ordinations among Merchant/Production team/commercial team
