Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Follow-up & analyze Merchandising related data like
∎ Follow-up & analyze Merchandising related data like
∎ # Cost sheet entry, Sales order entry (with forecasted order), Contract create, BOM correction & also rename the Sales Order, Style and Contract.
∎ #Monitor and Generate BOM sheet, check the price, qty & update the Budget sheet.
∎ #After correction declare the Budget sheet completed.
∎ #Create purchase order and sent to supplier who have no online portal.
∎ #It can send with / without price.
∎ #Monitor the LC-forwarding Letter which indicate the value & payment date overlapping/ not# Check the running closing status.
∎ 2.   Checking the line-layout. Check the daily efficiency.
∎ 3.   Monitor the daily Production status from cutting to shipment.
∎ 4.   Monitor the wash send receive status. Report to superior about the WIP.
∎ 5.   Monitor the daily carton preparation, suggest for Leftover carton & report to supplier about the discrepancy.
∎ 6.   Store# Monitor the Day book of goods receive & issue through the ERP & inventory software. Compare and report to superior.# Monitor the other challan information. Report to superior about the returnable challan WIP.
∎ 7.   Took part with required IT support to users.
∎ 8.   Took part with the daily inventory & Payroll software works.
∎ 9.   As per Superior requirement assist instantly.
