Experience Requirements:

HR Admin
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Able to execute overall HR activities of Corporate Office.
∎ Maintaining daily attendance of every employee.
∎ Handling ID card issues
∎ SIM management
∎ Maintaining personal file, service records,
∎ Handle employee separation process.
∎ Maintain the procedure of disciplinary action.
∎ Prepare monthly payroll sheet.
∎ Handle Recruitment, Selection & Placement related all activities.
∎ Support in Policy formulation.
∎ Conduct annual performance appraisal.
∎ Conduct employee confirmation process along with prior appraisal.
∎ Prepare various type of report as per requirement.
∎ Handle any unwanted situation competently, promptly & tactfully.
∎ Assist in Grievance Handling.
∎ Develop & update manpower planning
∎ Prepare & update organogram and manpower setup
∎ Responsible for preparing and updating the job description for employees
∎ Prepare yearly increment, promotion letter.
∎ Maintain office cleaning and environment issues
∎ Coordinate different events.
∎ Any admin tasks given by the directors
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
