Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for implementing different policies and procedures of different HR polices as per local laws, compliance code of conducts and Company Policy.
∎ Ensure General Administrational Functions (Transport, Canteen, Food, Protocol, Housekeeping, Safety & Security of the factory)
∎ Preparation/issue office note, memo, office order and office circular in respect of HR issues.
∎ Leave and Attendance Management of admin and Communicate with BEPZA, Labour Office, Labour Court, Police Station etc.
∎ Handling Disciplinary, Grievances & Employee relation issues as per law and to coordinate employee Counseling and motivation program in regards to absenteeism, turn over, general rules & regulations, employment terms & conditions, work place code of conduct and productivity improvement. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
∎ Assist Management for effective execution of HR functions of the factory.
∎ Proactive & professional handling of crisis situation like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc.
∎ Maintain personnel files, update all admin and HR documents and records.
∎ To conduct or assist training & awareness program on regular basis. Arrange visiting the factories to monitor & supervise all the admin & HR issues at the factory. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
∎ • Responsible for assisting in transformation to compliance and maintaining compliance accordingly.
∎ Monthly analysis and comparison of operating cost, cost per employee, rate of absenteeism, migration and turnover of employees and feedback the management accordingly
∎ Providing logistic support for smooth execution of operation required by any department
∎ Communicate with BEPZA, Labour Office, Labour Court, Police Station etc.
∎ Ensure proper Housekeeping & also safety security of the factory.
∎ Manage office entertainment, food and transportation facilities to expatriates, local officer and worker.
∎ Ensure protocol related works like Passport, Visa, Ticket, and Work permit for the foreigners
∎ Proactive & professional handling of crisis situation like accident, Fire incident, theft issue etc.
∎ To arrange travel and accommodations facilities for foreigner and local officer.
∎ To prepare all deed for vehicle hiring of the Company*
∎ Ensure proper Housekeeping & also safety security of the factory.
