∎ HRMC or PGDHRM will be preferred

∎ Should have to be punctual, loyal, honest and active team player.
∎ Should be young and energetic.
∎ Should be a good learner.
∎ Fluently speaking in English will be preferred.


Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Corporate Recruitment requisition generating and follow-up with all units for staff’s recruitment requisition submission on time, check as per list & submit unit based requisition to line manager for review.
∎ Corporate Induction template preparing as per policy and complete documentation.
∎ Corporate & Central Training program arranging as per line manager’s instructions and monitoring till to end of completion.
∎ Corporate policy file updating every month with required top sheet.
∎ Corporate staff’s JD updating as per line manager’s instructions.
∎ Corporate & Central event organizing as per manager’s instructions.
∎ Monthly welfare & HR reports generating, Ramp-up summary, Training summary, Exit interview summary following-up for submission on time and data review for transparency.
∎ Daily buddy activities, orientation activities, absenteeism counselling updates, floor observations & raw data updating – following-up and reporting to dept. head.
∎ Fresher’s interview conducting, record keeping with top sheet and sharing updates with dept head.
∎ Background verification for new recruited staffs from Trainee executive to Asst. Manager.
∎ Central event calendar updating and maintaining properly as for celebration or other necessary arrangement.
∎ Monthly payroll generated migration data and absenteeism data verifying with respective units based data and submit the summary to dept. head for review.
∎ CSR file updating and keeping recorded file on track.
∎ Monthly Group HR meeting schedule confirming, following-up and updating agenda.
∎ Response to corporate staff’s needs time to time with dept. head’s guidelines.
∎ Grievance register updating as per needs.
