Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collect Order status monitoring & regular schedule for order planning and effective production.
∎ Prepare accurate & optimal loading plan utilizing available man and machine.
∎ Always update on production status whether it is meeting the production plan or not, if not then share it to the senior/head of department.
∎ Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time production of products.
∎ Coordination with respective department heads for better performance & achievement.
∎ Evaluate the production plans and present operational performances.
∎ Coordinate with store & merchandising to ensure on time arrival of raw materials and maintain production schedules.
∎ Share emergency situation to recover or handle the emergency or crisis period to head of department.
∎ Prepare loading plan and daily & monthly production status report, production VS actual comparison report and monthly shipment schedule & status report.
∎ Check and confirm proper housekeeping in factory during worn on floor.
∎ Help other team members and respect the company COC, policy & procedure.
