Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to make accurate consumption for base on tech pack and provide bulk fabric, booking consumption.
∎ Have to operate Pattern making and Marker Making in CAD (By Lectra software) & other software.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Support and advice within the team to find the best solution to reduce fabric wastage and to achieve maximum fabric use.
∎ Responsible for verifying & checking Shrinkage/Pattern Grouping, Pattern Corrections/ Balancing/ Adjustment according to the Fit Model.
∎ To find out and solve the fitting issues during the initial pattern after getting requirements from the merchandising dept.
∎ Managing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room and to guide subordinates to resolve any technical issue.
∎ Should be capable enough to understand buyer comments, sample preplan, cutting preplan, dummy fitting , sewing instruction and perform any others task &when assigned by top management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Self-motivated and responsible.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ Should be a proactive and result oriented.
∎ Strong communication skills in English both verbal and written.
∎ Possess the ability to keep information confidential.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
