Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyze daily production data to identify inefficiencies and suggest immediate corrective actions.
∎ Balance the line to ensure minimum Work - In – Process.
∎ Conduct motion studies to streamline worker movements and improve productivity.
∎ Design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to point up maximum efficiency using IE method/tools.
∎ Identify & eliminate bottlenecks that delay production associated schedules to meet the ultimate standards and initiate simplification in the overall production process.
∎ Train workers with easy & distinctive methods to develop a skilled workforce and initiate skill tests for ongoing operators.
∎ Monitor workers' performance; Operator's skill test & skill matrix preparation.
∎ Hourly Individual Target/production monitoring and take necessary action.
∎ Lost time recording(NPT), Efficiency Calculation, Problem Study, Develop Productivity.
∎ Ensure DHU (Defects per Hundred Unit) & Non-productive time calculation.
∎ Coordinate with supervisors and operators to implement process improvement.
∎ IE Officer/Senior will be responsible for designing production layouts and processes that increase productivity, eliminate wastefulness and reduce costs while maintaining quality standards within the organization.
