• Basic understanding of industrial engineering principles and manufacturing processes.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and willingness to learn.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to follow instructions and work under the guidance of senior staff.

• Proficiency in basic data collection and reporting.

• Team player, able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Supervise the layout of equipment and workspace to support operational efficiency.

• Support in reviewing production schedules, engineering specifications, and orders to understand manufacturing processes.

• Assist in lean manufacturing activities to help reduce waste and improve processes.

• Supervise daily production and report issues or bottlenecks to reporting officer.

• Help in checking the accuracy of production equipment and engineering drawings.

• Support in quality control by collecting data and ensuring products meet standards.

• Assist in tracking the flow of materials and resources for optimization opportunities.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Help with training new staff and identifying basic training needs.

• Track material usage and assist in waste reduction efforts.

• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
