∎ Strong knowledge of production processes, capacity management, and cost optimization.
∎ Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools e.g., MS Excel.
∎ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Good communication and collaboration skills across departments.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain production plans based on customer orders, inventory levels, and forecasted demand.
∎ Coordinate with the sourcing, production, and dispatch departments to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
∎ Monitor daily production status, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary to meet targets.
∎ Ensure all production deadlines are met while maintaining high product quality standards.
∎ Analyze production reports and provide recommendations for process improvements and optimization.
∎ Work closely with merchandising and sales teams to align production schedules with customer expectations.
∎ Support the implementation of new planning systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Assist in managing the inventory of raw materials and finished goods to ensure availability without overstocking.
∎ Prepare regular reports on production status, issues, and improvements for senior management.
∎ Maintain close communication with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely material deliveries.
